TaskForce was born out of frustration. We kept seeing field service companies lose hours to paperwork instead of doing what they do best. So we decided to change that.

Where did the idea for TaskForce come from?

We are a team from Poznań that has been building software for small and mid-sized companies for years. Working with clients from the service industry, we heard the same thing over and over: “everything is in Excel, but it doesn't work any more”.

Instead of patching existing tools, we designed TaskForce from scratch — for companies that run crews in the field, handle dozens of jobs a week and have zero time to learn complicated systems.

Today TaskForce is used by landscaping, HVAC, service and insulation companies all over Poland. And this is only the beginning.

TaskForce grew out of a passion for turning chaos into order. Instead of complicated structures we offer commitment, direct contact and a product we put our whole heart into.
