TaskForce lets you create QR codes that can be used in many different ways. The code is linked to a client and, for example, a specific device. When scanned, the client is taken to a simple contact form that lets them send a service request or enquiry of any type, which appears immediately in the system – allowing you to schedule an order based on it.

TaskForce allows employees to subscribe to their order calendar. This way they always have all the information at hand – even without needing to open the app. The schedule is automatically visible in the system calendar on their smartphone.

Absences
TaskForce lets you store information about holidays and other employee absences. This way you can track their number and efficiently plan work when building schedules and orders for clients.

Offers, contracts, reports
TaskForce lets you prepare templates for specific documents such as quotes, contracts, or handover/acceptance forms. You can also add a company header and footer, creating professionally presented templates. Moreover – the client can sign the handover/acceptance report on a mobile device right after service completion.

In TaskForce you can store information about both prospective clients and those for whom you have already completed orders. This way you always have a complete database of your clients with all their contact details in one place.
Company documentation
Running a company always involves a lot of documents. In TaskForce you can store all contracts, handover/acceptance reports, insurance policies, manuals, notes, and much more. Always at hand.
Work time
TaskForce allows employees and administrators to record information about the time spent by each person on a specific order. From the recorded times you can easily generate a report of the time devoted to a given order within a defined date range.
