Terms of Service for the electronic provision of services – TaskForce.

These Terms are effective as of: 01.06.2025.

1. General information and service provider details

1.1. These terms of service (the “Terms”) set out the rules for the electronic provision of services via the TaskForce application (the “Application”) and the rights and obligations of the Service Provider and Users.

1.2. The Service Provider is: Bitnoise sp. z o.o., with its registered office at: Poznań, ul. Bednarska 1, Tax ID (NIP): 781 193 78 10.

1.3. The TaskForce Application is owned by the Service Provider and is software made available to Users in a SaaS (Software as a Service) model via a web browser (desktop and mobile versions).

2. Scope and type of services provided

2.1. The TaskForce Application enables businesses and their employees to manage field tasks and HR processes, in particular:

  • creating a company account by the business owner (the “Owner”),
  • inviting employees to the company account by e-mail,
  • recording employee data, including training, certificates and absences,
  • creating, managing and scheduling field work orders,
  • generating requests from end customers (via QR codes),
  • using the calendar, schedules and work-order logs.

2.2. The service is provided electronically within the meaning of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws 2020, item 344).

2.3. The Application may be used within the European Union. Users outside the EU may use the Application provided they comply with local laws.

3. Technical requirements and access to services

3.1. The Application is available as a web application – it runs in web browsers (recommended: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge in their latest versions) on desktop and mobile devices with Internet access.

3.2. Proper use of the Application requires an active e-mail address, a device with Internet access, and a web browser.

3.3. An Owner account is created by registering with an e-mail address and selecting a pricing plan. Accounts for other Users (employees) are created only after an invitation from the Owner, sent by e-mail from within the Application.

4. Fees, pricing plans and payments

4.1. The Application can be used under one of three pricing plans:

  • Solo Plan – for 1 user (sole proprietorship),
  • Company Plan – for 2 to 5 users (with the option to add more users), billed per user,
  • Individual Plan – individually configured and priced on individual terms.

4.2. Fees for using the Application are charged monthly or annually through the payment system.

4.3. The Service Provider offers a 30-day free trial period. After it ends, the user may choose one of the pricing plans.

4.4. The pricing below may or may not include VAT:

  • Solo Plan – PLN 99 / month, PLN 1069 / year,
  • Company Plan – PLN 350 / month (2-5 users + PLN 50 per additional user), PLN 3780 / year (2-5 users + PLN 45 per additional user),
  • Corporate Plan – individually configured and priced.

5. Conclusion and termination of the contract, right of withdrawal

5.1. The contract for the provision of services is concluded upon confirmation of account registration and acceptance of these Terms.

5.2. A User who is a consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving a reason, provided they have not started using the Application’s features, in accordance with Art. 38(13) of the Consumer Rights Act.

5.3. A User may delete their account and data at any time – this option is available in the user panel.

5.4. The contract may be terminated by either party with immediate effect – in the event of a breach of the Terms or applicable law.

6. Personal data and privacy policy

6.1. The Service Provider processes Users’ personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

6.3. Users have the rights arising from the GDPR, in particular: the right to access their data, to rectify, erase, and restrict its processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object.

7. Liability and limitations

7.1. The Service Provider exercises due diligence to ensure the continuity of the Application, but is not liable for:

  • damage resulting from improper use of the Application by the User,
  • damage resulting from incorrect data entered by the User,
  • interruptions in the Application caused by force majeure, failures, or the actions of third parties.

7.2. The Service Provider is not liable for the consequences of actions by employees or end customers using the Application’s features (e.g. customers generating incorrect requests after scanning QR codes).

7.3. The Service Provider’s liability for any damage is limited to the amount of the subscription fee paid for the last month of using the service.

8. Complaints

8.1. A User may file a complaint electronically at: kontakt@taskforce.guru providing their identification details, a description of the problem, and the date it occurred.

8.2. Complaints are processed within 14 days of receipt. The User will be informed of the outcome electronically.

9. Out-of-court dispute resolution

9.1. A User who is a consumer may use out-of-court methods of dispute resolution, in particular:

  • contact the Municipal (District) Consumer Ombudsman,
  • submit a request to the Permanent Consumer Arbitration Court,
  • use the ODR platform available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

10. Final provisions

10.1. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the Terms. The User will be notified of any change at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

10.2. Matters not regulated by the Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular: the Civil Code, the Act on the provision of electronic services, the GDPR, and the Consumer Rights Act.
