How is this saving calculated? See the formula and assumptions
This is an estimate produced by a simple model — not a measurement taken in your company, and not a typical result for our clients. Everything the model does is set out below, so you can check it and reject it if you disagree.
Formula
- For each enabled category: hours = (hours per job × jobs per month) + (hours per employee × number of employees).
- Value of the saving = total hours across all enabled categories × the hourly rate you entered.
- Return on investment = value of the saving ÷ monthly subscription cost (299 PLN net up to 50 users, 499 PLN net for 51–100).
Assumptions (hours recovered per month)
| Category | h per job | h per employee / month |
|---|---|---|
| Order administration | 0,25 | — |
| Planning & scheduling | 0,15 | 0,5 |
| Searching order info | 0,1 | 0,75 |
| Reporting | — | 1,5 |
| Errors & rework | 0,08 | 0,5 |
What this result does not mean
The coefficients above are our own assumptions, based on conversations with service companies — they do not come from a published study and are not a guarantee of any outcome. The model assumes recovered time actually converts into billable work, which is not always the case. It also assumes you are losing that time today; if your processes are already tight, the real saving will be smaller. The figures are rounded because the model is no more precise than that rounding. Treat the result as an order of magnitude to verify for yourself, not as a promise.
An estimate from our own model — not a measurement, and not a typical client result. The formula and all assumptions are set out above.
