QR codes
TaskForce lets you generate a unique QR code for each installed or serviced HVAC device (e.g. placed on a boiler, air conditioning unit, or ventilation unit). The code can contain key information about the client, location, device model, date of last service, and additional notes. In the event of a failure, inspection need, or filter replacement, the client scans the code and quickly sends a request through a dedicated form – without having to search for documentation or a service number.
Yes. TaskForce supports both installations and recurring service of HVAC systems — split and VRF air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers and ventilation units. You plan orders in calendar and map views, and technicians handle them from the mobile app.
Every unit has its own card in TaskForce with its data and service history. After sticking a QR code on the unit, a technician scans it with a phone and immediately sees what was done and when — no calls to the office, no digging through paperwork.
